Once Again

Hi all,

Just a quick note to let you know that Phil has been doing good! He has had quite a bit of time off between treatments, waiting for his immunities to come back up. They have now, so he is back in the hospital for five days, receiving treatment again. We're getting down to the final couple of treatments. Still looking at the end of June as a time frame. The hospital is pretty empty right now, at least on the children's ward, so Phil has his own room again. They have put a new bed in there, and it goes high......of course, he had to check that out. He was watching the TV hung from the ceiling and was right up there with it! It gave him a good laugh! The view out of the window today was crystal clear and San Francisco and the Golden Gate bridge were looking good! We enjoyed that while waiting for things to get started.

Phil will be needing your prayers over the next five days as this is strong stuff, like before. I was talking to the doctor today and she said it takes her two hours just to write up all the chemo meds that he will be receiving! It's good we have Kaiser.....or we couldn't afford her bill! :) The nurses have a heavy responsibility to keep it all going and in order. It's best left in God's hands or it could make a mother crazy! :)
